Diagrams I've Designed

Jack Switch a picture of a little item to replace a footswitch; when you need a footswitch, but not really the "foot" switch. I used to use a "shorting jack" but I'd always loose it. this is a switchable shorting jack.

Ultimate in Versatility for strat, requires no physical modification, changes second tone to an on/blend pot for bridge pickup, or variable coil cut

Same design modified for use w/ two humbuckers automatically cuts coils in positions 2 and 4, incorporates both the variable coil cut and on/ blend pot

"Coil Select" Everyone knows how much difference there is in tone between the two coils of a humbucker when cut (the one closer to the bridge is much brighter). With my Dualtone and DualtoneII, each coil is wound differently for a different tone altogether. So I came up with this switching to allow you to cut to whichever coil desired. It only requires a single on-on-on switch (slider or toggle) it keeps each coil in phase when combined with a reverse wound middle pickup, or another dualtone type...

Coil Select + Series/Parallel Uses 4 push pull pots and one mini toggle, for LP type guitars (requires adding mini toggle)

Six Way Rotor Switch This link goes to a page showing the "wiring grid" for a six way rotor switch designed to give all possible sounds from a single humbucker. (co-designed w/ James Winger)

Blend/On Standard strat wiring converted to master vol, master tone, and blend/on pot for bridge pickup.

Bridge/On Standard strat wiring with bridge pickup on/off using a push/pull pot.

2 humbuckers 1 singlecoil, 2 coil select switches, 5way, 1vol,1tone

2 humbuckers, 2 tone, 1 vol, 3way

Another coil select diagram

2 humbuckers, 2 vol, 2 tone, phase switch and coil select uses push pulls for the volume and tone controls to work the coil select function

2 Quadrail types

Tele w/ humbucker wired using "E" model mega switch gives neck, neck+coil1, neck+bridge humbucker, bridge coil2, bridge humbucker (or something like that, I forget exactly..)

Single single hum 5way giving n/nm/nb/mb/b, coil select, ser/parallel, 1vol, 1tone

HB and singlecoil, basic 5way and vol/tone: Gives selections: HB/HB+S/S/S+HBcut/HBcut

All diagrams I have uploaded (some are listed above)

I'm sure there will be more coming soon! Need a diagram or custom schematic you can't find elsewhere? Ask me and I'll see what I can come up with!
